Career Guidance Specialist

Do you enjoy helping students understand their strengths and choose a career direction with confidence? Career Guidance Specialists help students explore opportunities and pick the academic pathway that fits their future. The role blends career guidance, counselling, and calling-based sales.

What you'll do

• Make outbound and inbound calls to discuss career goals and academic interests
  
• Help students understand courses, colleges, exams, and the career outcomes of each
  
• Give personalised recommendations based on strengths, preferences, and budget
  
• Build rapport and trust through clear, structured conversations
  
• Maintain strong follow-ups to move students through the admissions funnel
  
• Convert interested queries into confirmed admissions through ethical persuasion
  
• Maintain CRM logs, call histories, and follow-up schedules
  
• Work closely with counselling and operations teams for a smooth move into admissions
  

What we're looking for

• Excellent communication in Hindi and English
  
• Ability to explain complex academic and career pathways in simple terms
  
• Empathetic yet persuasive communication style
  
• Target-driven, consistent, and confident
  
• Strong calling and follow-up ability is essential
  
• Graduate or postgraduate in any stream
  
• Freshers are welcome if communication is strong
  

Growth: Senior Career Specialist, Counselling Lead, or Training roles.
