Senior Fund Operation Officer (M/F)

Role Overview

As a Senior Fund Operation Officer, you will serve as the operational backbone for our investment funds (open-ended and externally administered structures). You will lead the entire operational lifecycle, from investor onboarding to managing external service providers, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a strong control environment.

Key Responsibilities

Fund Administration & Operational Oversight: Drive the administrative and operational lifecycle of internally managed funds and oversee activities delegated to external administrators (ensuring SLA compliance and deliverable reviews).

Transfer Agency & KYC/AML: Manage investor onboarding, subscriptions/redemptions, register maintenance, and coordinate KYC/AML documentation with Compliance.

Service Provider & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary operational contact for central administrators, depositaries, auditors, legal advisers, and banking partners.

Governance & Corporate Secretarial: Prepare and coordinate governance deadlines, major fund events (launches, restructurings, liquidations), and regulatory requests.

Internal Controls & Process Improvement: Maintain effective procedures, checklists, and operational calendars while mitigating risks and driving continuous process optimization.

Candidate Profile

Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in Luxembourg fund administration, Transfer Agency, Investor Services, or Fund Operations.

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Luxembourg fund structures (AIFs, Evergreen funds, etc.), TA/KYC/AML processes, and corporate secretarial requirements.

Skills & Mindset: Strong control mindset, high autonomy, excellent organizational skills, and confidence in managing diverse stakeholders.

Languages: Fluent written and spoken English. Fluency in another European language is considered an advantage.
