Your Role: Full Cycle Sales Professional

As a Full Cycle Life Insurance Agent, you'll be the driving force behind our customer relationships. You'll own the entire sales journey, from the initial introduction to closing the deal. This is a hands-on, in-person field sales role where your ability to connect, understand needs, and present solutions will be key to your success. You'll work independently, managing your territory and building a strong client base.

What You'll Do Daily:

• Engage Directly: Meet with potential clients in their homes, building immediate rapport and trust.
• Identify Needs: Actively listen to understand individual and family financial protection needs.
• Present Solutions: Clearly and effectively present our life insurance products, tailoring recommendations to client requirements.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Must be 18 or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must possess a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Must have a mobile device with cellular data.
• Must be comfortable with physically demanding work.
• Comfortable working in a door-to-door, field-based sales environment.
• Exceptional Face-to-Face Communication: You excel at engaging with people in person, making them feel comfortable and heard.

Your Earning Potential:

This role offers significant earning potential, with successful agents typically earning between $75,000 and $160,000 annually.
