Sales Controls Speciaist

The Sales Controls Specialist role is mainly making sure that the sales process is running smoothly without any discrepancies or inaccuracies to ensure operational efficiency as well as the compliance with the law.

• Executes the deposits sent to the system through representatives, agents, Api, and the collector to match them with the Bank statement.
  

• Make withdrawals from Certain Merchants to ensure smooth financial process. 
  

• Encompasses the responsibility of examining and analyzing sales records to ensure accuracy and compliance with the law.
  

• Identify discrepancies, suggest improvements for sales processes, and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.
  

• Support the company’s objectives by safeguarding against inaccuracies and potential fraud to foster a transparent business environment.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 
  
• 1 year of previous experience in a sales audit role or similar. 
  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
