Waitress- Filipino

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Waitress to provide excellent food and beverage service while ensuring a welcoming dining experience for guests. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, professional grooming, and previous hospitality experience. Filipino candidates are preferred.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests professionally and assist with seating and service requirements.
  
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen/bar team.
  
• Serve food and beverages according to established hospitality service standards.
  
• Prepare and maintain proper table setup, cutlery, glassware, and service areas.
  
• Provide information about menu items and respond professionally to guest requests.
  
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards throughout service.
  
• Handle guest concerns politely and coordinate with supervisors when required.
  
• Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and timely service.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waitress, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel or established restaurant.
  
• Filipino candidates preferred.
  
• Good knowledge of food & beverage service and basic hospitality standards.
  
• Excellent English communication and customer service skills.
  
• Good grooming, personal hygiene, and professional appearance.
  
• Valid Food Handler Certificate preferred.
  
• Valid Qatar ID and immediate availability preferred.
