Offering $125,000 - $135,000/annually + Relocation Assistance

Hospice Clinical Manager Opportunity:

• Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire
  
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift
  
• Setting: Home Health

Hospice Clinical Manager Responsibilities:

• Ensure all operations meet state regulations, accreditation standards, and Medicare Conditions of Participation
  
• Plan and implement ongoing training, orientation for new hires, and continuing education programs on hospice best practices
  
• Serve as a key communication link between patients, families, clinical staff, and attending physicians
  

Hospice Clinical Manager Qualifications:

• Must have an Oregon RN License or Compact RN License
  
• Must have previous experience in a Hospice/Home Health setting with at least 2 years of management/supervisory experience
