Sr. QA/QC Engineer – Civil

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Sr. QA/QC Engineer – Civil in Dubai. Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor project-specific QA/QC procedures for civil construction activities.
  

• Conduct inspections of structural, concrete, finishing, and other civil works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
  

• Prepare, review, and maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, checklists, and quality records.
  

• Coordinate inspection requests and quality approvals with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
  

• Identify non-conformities, issue or track NCRs, and verify corrective and preventive actions.
  

• Monitor construction materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with approved standards and project requirements.
  

• Maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, material approvals, and testing records.
  

• Support internal and external quality audits and drive continuous improvement of site quality practices.
  

Required Skills

1. Civil QA/QC: Strong understanding of quality assurance and quality control practices for civil construction.
   

2. Site Inspection: Ability to inspect structural and finishing activities against drawings and specifications.
   

3. ITP & Method Statements: Ability to prepare, review, and implement inspection plans and construction methodologies.
   

4. NCR Management: Experience identifying non-conformities and monitoring corrective actions.
