Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers and project consultants

Identify upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality and retail projects

Generate new leads through networking, market visits, referrals and existing contacts

Fix meetings and regularly visit design studios, offices and project sites

Present CLC's lighting collections, samples and solutions

Understand design requirements and recommend suitable lighting solutions

Work towards getting CLC products specified in projects

Coordinate quotations and proposals with the internal team

Follow projects from enquiry and specification through negotiation and order closure

Build a strong pipeline of projects and generate repeat business

Develop CLC's presence within Kolkata's architecture and interior-design community

Requirements

A confident, polished and proactive sales professional who is:

Excellent at face-to-face selling and relationship building

Comfortable meeting senior architects, designers and HNI clients

Strong in presentations, follow-ups and negotiation

Target-driven and capable of independently generating business

Comfortable with extensive field visits across Kolkata

Able to manage a project sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
