Marketing Manager - Talentera and Evalufy

About the Role

We need a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead growth marketing for our two HR-tech SaaS brands, Talentera and Evalufy across Saudi Arabia, UAE, and larger MENA. This is not a manage-from-above role. You will run a lean team and work alongside them, writing copy, reviewing creatives,and jumping into campaigns yourself. We want someone who thinks like a founder and an early startup marketing hire: resourceful, ROI-focused, and comfortable using AI to multiply output instead of growing headcount. Your top metric is MQLs at an efficient cost per lead.

What You Will Own

• Demand generation and MQL pipeline across paid, organic, content, email, and partnerships

• Hands-on execution across brand, content, performance, and web, not just oversight

• Leading and coaching your team, focused on pipeline impact

• AI-first workflows for content, creative, optimization, and reporting

• Budget and ROI ownership, with monthly CAC and MQL cost reporting

• Distinct GTM for both brands, sharing resources efficiently

• Arabic and English campaign execution tailored to Saudi and UAE buyers
