BIM Manager - Real Estate Development

Position Title: BIM Manager - Real Estate Development Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 25K AED depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai About the Client: One of the leading construction and real estate development firm based in the UAE specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects. Job Description: 1. Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, workflows, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and ensure compliance with ISO 19650, company standards, and project requirements. 2. Lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination across Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Specialist disciplines, managing model integration, clash detection, and design conflict resolution. 3. Oversee BIM deliverables, CDE management, and information exchange while supporting construction planning, sequencing, and project execution through BIM-enabled solutions. 4. Monitor model quality, project timelines, conduct model audits, and prepare BIM reports, dashboards, and management presentations to ensure successful project delivery. 5. Lead and mentor BIM teams, coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders, and drive digital construction initiatives and BIM best practices across the organization.

Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. 2. Minimum 8 years of experience in BIM, Design Coordination, or Digital Construction; Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a BIM leadership or management role. 3. Must have proven experience in clash detection, model coordination, and BIM execution planning; With experience managing multidisciplinary BIM teams on large-scale construction projects. 4. With strong understanding of construction methodologies, project delivery processes, and digital workflows.
