Role Overview

As an Insurance Sales Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our customer interactions, engaging with walk-in customers on our vibrant sales floor. Your primary focus will be on understanding individual needs, providing expert product knowledge, and guiding customers through the process of securing the right insurance policies. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the sales floor, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
• Engage in consultative selling by actively listening to customer needs and concerns.

• Address customer questions and overcome any objections with confidence and professionalism.
• Guide customers through the insurance application and closing process, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and store sales goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales environment.

Compensation

This role offers a competitive compensation structure with a base salary plus commission. You can expect to earn between $62,000 and $84,000 annually, with significant earning potential tied directly to your sales performance.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Must be 18 or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have cellular data access.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.

• The ability to learn and retain product information quickly.
