Data Analyst Intern

This is a remote position.

Support the collection, cleaning and organisation of data from different business systems.

Assist with preparing regular reports and dashboards for Product, Growth, Commercial and other teams.

Analyse data to identify trends, patterns and areas requiring attention.

Support the tracking and reporting of key business and product metrics.

Assist with data validation and quality checks to ensure reports are accurate.

Help translate business questions into simple data analyses and insights.

Support the Data Analyst with ad hoc analysis and data requests.

Document datasets, reports and basic analysis processes.

Work with team members to improve the availability and usability of business data.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics or a related field.

Basic understanding of data analysis and statistics.

Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.

Basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage.

Some exposure to data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker Studio is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Good analytical and problem solving skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
