On behave of our client we are looking for a Consultant, Social Media to join their team in Riyadh.

Job Summary:

Own the day-to-day social media presence and lead the social strategy and execution of the content calendar. Manage community engagement and influencer activity, while monitoring conversations in real time to ensure the brand remains culturally relevant and social-first—driving positive sentiment, meaningful conversations, and agreed reach, view, and engagement targets across all platforms, while protecting the brand when needed.

Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties Leadership

Lead the day-to-day social media presence across Saudi Arabia.
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
Lead content planning, community management, influencer activities, and social listening.
Manage social media, creative, media, and production agencies to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Lead real-time engagement with audiences and identify relevant trends and cultural opportunities.
Oversee social media KPIs, performance reporting, and optimization recommendations.
Lead the response to social media issues and crises in coordination with Corporate Communications and Legal.
Guide agency, community management, and creator teams to deliver against agreed objectives, timelines, and budgets.

Requirements

·        Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Administration, or a related field.

·        Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in Social Media, preferably with a consumer, QSR, retail brand, or social/creative agency.

·         Nationality: Saudi National.

·         Platforms: Strong experience with Instagram, TikTok, X, Snapchat, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

·        Social Media: Proven experience in social strategy, content planning, community management, and social listening.

·         Influencers: Experience managing influencers/creators and content production.

·        Agency Management: Experience managing agencies, budgets, timelines, and KPIs.

·         Crisis Management: Experience handling live issues, complaints, and social media crises.

·         Languages: Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.

·       Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Saudi culture, trends, humor, and consumer behavior.
