Clean, sandblast, and prepare surfaces before painting.
Apply primers, sealants, and finishing coats using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
Ensure paint thickness, coverage, and finish meet project specifications and ASTM/ISO standards.
Follow HSE guidelines, including safe handling of paints, solvents, and equipment.
Maintain painting tools, spray guns, and related equipment.
Record daily activities, paint usage, and inspection reports.
Work with supervisors, foremen, and QC inspectors to ensure quality and timely completion.

Requirements

High school diploma or vocational training (preferred).

Minimum 3–5 years’ painting experience in construction, industrial, or oil & gas projects.

Knowledge of coating systems, paint types, and application methods.
