Spectrum Billing Specialist

Top Three Keys:

1. Spectrum software experience (required), including project and contract setups.
   

1. Bookings and billing for construction, contracting or service projects (progress billing, change orders).
   

1. Able to ramp up quickly for a now–December assignment; contract admin experience a plus.
   

Key Responsibilities

• Set up new projects and contracts in Spectrum
  

• Enter and maintain accurate project information within Spectrum
  

• Manage project bookings and related administrative requirements
  

• Prepare and process accurate customer billings
  

• Handle accounts receivable activity associated with assigned projects
  

• Review project information and contracts to ensure billing is completed correctly
  

• Work with project managers and internal teams to resolve billing questions or discrepancies
  

• Ensure invoices are processed accurately and on schedule
  

• Assist with additional project accounting and billing responsibilities as needed
  

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Spectrum software is required
  

• Previous experience with project billing and/or accounts receivable
  

• Experience working with contracts, projects, or job-based accounting
  

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  

• Ability to manage multiple projects and billing requirements simultaneously
  

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
  

• Experience in construction, HVAC, building automation, engineering, or a related contracting environment is a plus
