Lime Calcined plant Field Operator

Operate and monitor field equipment and processes within the Lime Calcining Plant, ensuring smooth and efficient plant operations.

Conduct routine inspections of plant equipment, including conveyors, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, and roller-type briquetting machines.

Monitor plant operating parameters through DCS/control systems and identify process deviations or equipment abnormalities.

Perform periodic visual checks of raw materials, finished product quality, and product storage areas.

Respond promptly to plant equipment problems and process abnormalities using effective troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.

Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures, including performing overtime, standby, and call-out duties when required.

Requirements

Technical Diploma or Higher Secondary Education from a recognized institution.

Minimum 3 years of relevant industrial experience; experience in a manufacturing or steel plant environment is preferred.

Practical operating knowledge of conveyors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and roller-type briquetting machines.

Good understanding of plant equipment, process specifications, operating parameters, and process control.

Experience with modern DCS/control systems and exposure to applications such as WinCC, Experion, or similar systems; basic computer skills are required.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and in environments involving dust, heat, heights, and gases. Must be safety-conscious, proactive, hardworking, and able to communicate in English and spoken Hindi.
