Paying $30 - 40 per hour for a Monday-through-Friday schedule (7:30 AM–5:30 PM), this position is a rare opportunity to step into a beautifully established household. After more than a decade with their current nanny, the family is seeking an approachable, initiative-driven professional to build a lasting relationship with their children and seamlessly manage daily home routines starting this December.

The ideal candidate is patient, engaging, and highly organized, with experience supporting children with special needs being a fantastic bonus. Responsibilities include preparing breakfast and lunches, managing school drop-offs and afternoon pickups, snack preparation, homework support, and providing attentive, hands-on care for their teenage daughter, who benefits from age-appropriate guidance, supervision, and assistance with daily routines.

Beyond childcare, this role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys household management and taking initiative without needing direction. Responsibilities include managing the children's laundry, light housekeeping, meal prep, occasional dinner cooking, running errands, grocery shopping, tackling organization projects, and caring for the family's friendly Goldendoodle.
