Guildhall is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer with a strong background in civil and marine construction projects to join a dynamic project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring progress, supporting project controls, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
Monitor project progress and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
Perform critical path analysis and recommend recovery plans where required.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure accurate planning and reporting.
Monitor project performance against the approved baseline programme.
Support resource planning, progress measurement, and project controls.
Prepare look-ahead programmes and recovery schedules.
Ensure planning activities comply with project objectives and contractual requirements.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction projects, including buildings, infrastructure, marine, breakwater, or beach development works.
2–5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, including programme development, updating, progress monitoring, resource loading, and reporting.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, work sequencing, critical path analysis, and project controls.
Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with project, engineering, and site teams.
