Geriatrician - Full-Time | Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a leading healthcare organization in Lawrence, MA, and we are seeking an experienced Geriatrician to provide comprehensive care to older adults while helping lead and develop community-based geriatric services.

This role offers the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients while working alongside a multidisciplinary care team.

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary and geriatric care
  
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
  
• Develop individualized treatment and care plans
  
• Provide preventive care and promote healthy aging
  
• Coordinate care with specialists, caregivers, and community resources
  
• Support population health and value-based care initiatives
  
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice clinicians, nurses, medical assistants, behavioral health professionals, and other care team members
  
• Develop and improve community-based geriatric care programs
  
• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to members of the care team
  
• Promote evidence-based approaches to patient care
  
• Participate in shared telephone call coverage as needed
  
• Support quality improvement and innovative care delivery initiatives
  

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate is passionate about improving care for older adults and advancing innovative approaches to community-based care.

Education, Certifications, Licensure and Experience

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  
• Board certification or eligibility in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine
  
• Active and unrestricted medical license
  
• Experience providing care to older adults
