Catering Camp Boss

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Catering Camp Boss in Kuwait City, Kuwait. Our client is a reputed organization in the catering and hospitality sector supporting Oil & Gas operations and is seeking skilled, motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily catering, housekeeping, laundry, and hospitality operations within the Oil & Gas rig accommodation camp.
  
• Supervise catering and camp crews to maintain operational efficiency and service standards.
  
• Enforce food safety, hygiene, HACCP, HSE, client, and rig-site requirements.
  
• Monitor food supplies, consumables, housekeeping materials, and camp inventory.
  
• Coordinate supply requirements and maintain adequate stock levels while minimizing wastage.
  
• Manage operational budgets and monitor costs associated with camp and catering activities.
  
• Maintain accurate operational, inventory, staff, and compliance records using MS Excel and Word.
  
• Ensure consistently high standards of accommodation, catering, cleanliness, hygiene, and guest services.
  

Required Skills

1. Camp Operations Management — Ability to coordinate catering, housekeeping, laundry, and accommodation services.
   
2. Food Safety & Hygiene — Strong understanding of food-handling practices, sanitation, and hygiene controls.
   
3. HACCP & HSE Compliance — Knowledge of HACCP principles and Oil & Gas camp safety requirements.
   
4. Crew Supervision — Ability to organize and supervise catering and hospitality personnel.
   
5. Inventory & Budget Control — Ability to monitor stock, consumption, wastage, purchasing requirements, and operational costs.
   

Preferred Skills

• HACCP Level 3 or Level 4 certification.
  
• Previous Oil & Gas rig/camp catering experience.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
