Job Title: Excavator Operator

Salary: AED 3,500 + other benefits
Location: Abu Dhabi,UAE

We are looking for an experienced Excavator Operator with experience in ADNOC and CICPA projects/sites. The candidate will be responsible for operating excavators safely and efficiently for excavation, trenching, loading, grading, and other construction activities while strictly following site safety and HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate excavators safely and efficiently as per project requirements.
Perform excavation, trenching, digging, grading, back filling, and loading activities.
Follow ADNOC and CICPA safety standards, HSE procedures, and site regulations.
Conduct daily pre-start inspections and report any mechanical issues.
Ensure safe operation around underground utilities, pipelines, personnel, and other equipment.
Coordinate with site supervisors, banks men, and other construction teams.
Maintain proper housekeeping and safe working conditions around the machine.
Carry out basic equipment checks and routine maintenance.
Follow permit-to-work and other site-specific procedures.
Complete assigned work safely and within the required timeframe.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Excavator Operator in construction or oil & gas projects.
ADNOC and CICPA project/site experience is preferred.
Valid heavy equipment/operator license or certification, as applicable.
Strong knowledge of excavator operation, excavation, trenching, and earthworks.
Good understanding of HSE and ADNOC safety requirements.
Ability to work safely around pipelines, underground utilities, and other site hazards.
Physically fit and able to work in demanding site conditions.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts when required.
