JOB DESCRIPTION — REAL ESTATE AGENT / PROPERTY CONSULTANT

Position: Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: AED 2,000 per month + Commission
Probation Period: 3 Months
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant to handle property sales, rentals, client acquisition, property sourcing, and listing generation across the UAE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business, building relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, conducting property viewings, negotiating transactions, and following deals through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle property buying and selling across the UAE.
  

• Generate and develop new customers and clients.
  

• Source and identify suitable properties based on client requirements.
  

• Handle property rentals and identify suitable tenants.
  

• Develop relationships with new landlords and property owners.
  

• Generate new property listings for the company.
  

• Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
  

• Negotiate with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
  

• Follow up consistently with prospective and existing clients.
  

• Support transactions through to successful completion.
  

• Build and maintain a strong network of clients and property owners.
  

Requirements

• Strong interest in UAE real estate sales and leasing.
  

• Confident communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  

• Sales-oriented and comfortable with client acquisition and business development.
  

• Ability to build relationships with property owners, landlords, buyers, and tenants.
  

• Self-motivated and target-driven.
  

• Able to conduct property viewings and follow up with clients professionally.
  

• Ability to develop new property listings and business opportunities.

Salary & Commission
