Primary Responsibility:

Development and maintenance of BIM models.

Job Scope:

Create and update discipline-specific BIM models.
Produce shop drawings from BIM models.
Ensure model accuracy and completeness.
Incorporate design revisions.
Support clash detection exercises.
Extract quantities and schedules when required.
Maintain model data and documentation.
Coordinate with BIM Coordinator and site team.

Requirements

Certificate or relevant qualification in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, or a related discipline.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a BIM Modeller in Singapore construction projects.
Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
