Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Site Supervisors / General Foremen to supervise construction workers, coordinate daily site activities, and ensure timely execution of construction works.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and workforce.
  

• Allocate work and monitor team productivity.
  

• Coordinate with site engineers and project managers.
  

• Ensure work is completed according to instructions and drawings.
  

• Monitor material usage and workforce requirements.
  

• Maintain site discipline and safety standards.
  

• Report daily progress and execution issues.
  

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of relevant construction experience.
  

• Strong experience in workforce supervision and site delivery.
  

• Ability to coordinate workers and subcontractors.
  

• Knowledge of construction methods and site operations.
  

• Good leadership and communication skills.
