Project Manager Interior -Fit-out

Manage fit-out projects from site assessment to final handover.

Coordinate Civil, MEP, HVAC, Electrical, Joinery, Gypsum, Tiling, Painting and Flooring works.

Prepare and monitor project schedules, BOQs, quotations and cost estimates.

Supervise site activities and ensure quality, budget and timeline compliance.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, suppliers and subcontractors.

Manage material procurement, site requirements and project documentation.

Handle snagging, rectification and final handover.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.

Minimum 1 year UAE experience in interior fit-out/construction/renovation.

Strong knowledge of MEP coordination and fit-out execution.

Experience in BOQ, estimation and quotation preparation.

Good network of UAE vendors, suppliers and subcontractors preferred.

Ability to read technical drawings and manage multiple site activities.

Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Project Management experience is an added advantage.
