Senior Full Stack Developer

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a dynamic global technology environment where you’ll work on exciting digital products, modern cloud technologies and AI-assisted software development.

If you’re equally comfortable getting stuck into Java on the backend and Angular on the frontend, enjoy solving complex problems, and like working with modern DevOps and cloud technologies, this could be a great fit.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Designing, developing, testing and enhancing enterprise applications.
  
• Building full-stack solutions using Java, TypeScript and Angular.
  
• Working with technologies such as Quarkus, GlassFish and GlassFish Micro.
  
• Developing and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Using Git, Maven, Sonar, Jira, GitHub and GitHub Actions throughout the development lifecycle.
  
• Building and deploying applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
  
• Working with Azure and cloud-native technologies.
  
• Working with Oracle, PostgreSQL and PL/SQL databases.
  
• Improving and automating development and release processes.
  
• Applying secure coding practices and helping protect applications against cybersecurity threats.
  
• Supporting critical applications as part of a Tier 2/3 DevOps environment.
  
• Planning and executing application upgrades and enhancements.
  
• Using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot as part of everyday development.
  
• Applying emerging AI engineering practices, including context engineering, AI evaluation, guardrails and responsible AI.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll ideally have:

• An IT Degree or Diploma.
  
• 10+ years of experience working with Java and/or Angular applications.
  
• Strong experience working in agile and DevOps environments.
  
• Practical experience with AI-assisted engineering practices.
  
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of complex technical challenges.
  
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across different teams.
  
• The ability to influence technical decisions and get stakeholders aligned.
  
• A problem-solving mindset with a focus on building practical, scalable solutions.
