What you will be doing:

• Act as the primary contact for People system queries, resolving issues (including data and process errors) and providing training and documentation for the global People team.
  
• Oversee system workflows and integrations, manage payroll input validation, ensure data quality through regular reporting, and maintain up-to-date operational documentation.
  
• Execute routine updates (e.g., access roles, calendars), manage process templates like onboarding and offer letters, and support system enhancement requests.
  
• Prepare and support major annual events (such as compensation cycles, performance reviews, and employee surveys) by building necessary dashboards, templates, and providing real-time user support.
  
• Support the implementation and testing of the global HRIS (Workday), draft Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), manage test plans, and collaborate globally to identify process improvements.
  

What you need:

• Experience in systems or operational support, preferably in HR/People Operations, with hands-on HRIS knowledge (Workday preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  
• Familiarity with the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, payroll, and performance management, is essential.
  
• Able to translate user feedback into structured solutions, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, and maintain high attention to detail.
  
• Highly organized, curious, and comfortable working both independently and within a global team, ideally with a background in regulated environments like private equity or asset management.
