Job Title: HIAB Driver

Salary: AED 3,500 + other benefits
Location: Abu Dhabi,UAE

We are looking for an experienced and skilled HIAB Driver to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional driver with UAE experience and ADNOC & CICPA site experience who has strong knowledge of HIAB truck operations, lifting procedures, and safe material handling.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating HIAB-mounted crane trucks to transport, load, unload, and safely lift materials at different project and industrial sites while strictly following safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate HIAB truck and mounted hydraulic crane.
Load, unload, lift, and transport materials as required.
Properly position and stabilize the vehicle before lifting operations.
Inspect the HIAB crane, truck, lifting equipment, and accessories before operation.
Follow ADNOC & CICPA safety standards and site procedures.
Ensure proper securing of loads during transportation.
Follow safe lifting practices and maintain awareness of surrounding hazards.
Coordinate with banks men, riggers, supervisors, and site teams.
Report equipment faults, damage, accidents, or unsafe conditions immediately.
Maintain the vehicle and crane in clean and safe operating condition.
Complete required trip, inspection, and equipment records

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of HIAB Driver experience.
ADNOC & CICPA experience is mandatory.
Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License.
Proven experience operating HIAB/hydraulic crane trucks.
Good knowledge of lifting, loading, and cargo securing procedures.
Strong understanding of site and road safety regulations.
UAE industrial/construction site experience preferred.
Physically fit, reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
Ability to work flexible hours and under demanding site conditions.
