Senior Machine Operator

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Senior Machine Operator in Bahrain. Our client is seeking an experienced professional with strong hands-on expertise in KRAH pipe production. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and the technical capability to operate and monitor pipe-production machinery efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor KRAH pipe-production machinery according to production requirements.
  
• Set up and adjust machine parameters for efficient pipe manufacturing.
  
• Monitor production processes to maintain consistent product quality and dimensions.
  
• Identify machine abnormalities and perform appropriate operational troubleshooting.
  
• Inspect finished pipes and monitor production quality throughout the manufacturing process.
  
• Follow established machine-operation and workplace safety procedures.
  
• Coordinate with production and maintenance personnel to minimize machine downtime.
  
• Maintain production and machine-operation records as required.
  

Required Skills

1. KRAH Pipe Production: Strong practical knowledge of KRAH pipe manufacturing processes.
   
2. Machine Operation: Ability to independently operate and monitor industrial pipe-production equipment.
   
3. Machine Setup: Knowledge of production settings and operating parameter adjustments.

Work Experience Requirements

• Minimum: Typical qualification — ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline
