Investment Associate

Elevate Partners is supporting a confidential search for an Investment Associate to join a highly experienced infrastructure investment team.

The successful candidate will work alongside experienced investment professionals across the assessment, execution and ongoing management of investments.

The Role:

• Build and maintain financial models covering valuation, financing and investment returns.
  
• Analyse prospective investments and assess their commercial and financial drivers.
  
• Research markets, competitive dynamics and investment risks.
  
• Support due diligence and coordinate information across transaction workstreams.
  
• Prepare investment papers, presentations and supporting analysis.
  
• Review company information and external adviser reports.
  
• Monitor portfolio performance and support strategic initiatives.
  
• Assist with acquisitions, financing processes and investment research.
  

Experienced Required:

• Approximately 3–6 years of relevant experience in investment banking, infrastructure investment, private equity, or a related transaction environment.
  
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.
  
• Relevant transaction experience and a sound understanding of corporate finance.
  
• Ability to assess businesses and assets and identify the drivers of investment performance.
  
• Strong attention to detail and clear written communication.
  
• A collaborative approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.
