Warehouse Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to support our day-to-day warehouse operations. The role involves receiving and organizing goods, preparing orders, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring products are handled and stored properly.

The ideal candidate should be organized, physically fit, attentive to detail, and comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and check incoming goods against delivery documents.
  
• Inspect products for damage, shortages, or incorrect quantities.
  
• Arrange and store products in their designated warehouse locations.
  
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
  
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
  
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stocks.
  
• Support regular stock counts and inventory checks.
  
• Follow FIFO/FEFO procedures where applicable.
  
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrectly received items to the supervisor.
  
• Handle products carefully to minimize damage and stock loss.
  
• Keep shelves, storage areas, and workspaces clean and organized.
  
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines.
  
• Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, logistics, and delivery teams.
  
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
  

Requirements

High school education or equivalent is preferred.
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, distribution, FMCG, food trading, or similar environment is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of warehouse and inventory procedures is preferred.
Ability to perform physical duties, including standing, lifting, carrying, and moving goods.
Basic English communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work accurately.
Willingness to work as part of a team.
UAE experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period may be preferred.
