ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a senior technology leader with strong expertise in Python, GenAI, LLMs and Agentic AI to drive the technical direction of complex enterprise AI solutions. You will own architecture, technology decisions, delivery, governance and technical mentoring.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Own end-to-end architecture for GenAI & Agentic AI solutions
Design AI agents, workflows, LLM integrations, RAG, APIs and enterprise integrations
Evaluate business use cases and select GenAI, Agentic AI, automation or hybrid approaches
Lead PoCs, productionization, technical reviews and architecture decisions
Drive scalability, security, performance, reliability, cost optimization and Responsible AI
Mentor Technical Leads and Senior Engineers
Build reusable AI architectures, frameworks, accelerators and enterprise patterns

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

Strong Python development experience

Hands-on GenAI / LLM / Agentic AI experience

Prompt Engineering, Model Selection & Tool/Function Calling

RAG, Embeddings, Vector Databases & Semantic Search LangChain / LangGraph / AutoGen / CrewAI / Semantic Kernel / Bedrock Agents or equivalent

Cloud-native architecture, APIs, security & enterprise integration

AI Evaluation, Guardrails, Observability & AI Governance

GOOD TO HAVE

MCP, advanced tool integration, Agent-to-Agent communication, AI security and cloud GenAI platforms.

Ideal Candidate: A hands-on AI technology leader who can translate business problems into scalable, secure and production-ready GenAI/Agentic AI solutions.
