Job Description

Lead industrial painting and insulation execution, coordinating surface preparation, paint systems, finishing and insulation installation across assigned work areas.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and supervise painting and insulation crews in line with construction and handover priorities.
Verify specified paint systems, colour schedules, product compatibility and approved application methods.
Coordinate surface preparation, primer and finish coats, curing periods and touch up campaigns.
Monitor climatic conditions, coverage, material consumption and inspection readiness.
Coordinate insulation thickness, vapour barriers, cladding and weather sealing to approved details.
Sequence work around testing, equipment access and adjacent trades to minimize damage and rework.
Oversee safe handling of paints and solvents, ventilation, access and housekeeping.
Track progress, close defects and compile supporting work records for turnover.

Requirements

Technical diploma or equivalent relevant trade qualification.
10+ years in industrial painting and insulation, including 4+ years in senior field supervision.
