In dieser Position betreuen Sie Großkunden rund um ihre Energielieferverträge und tragen aktiv zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Servicequalität bei. Damit übernehmen Sie nicht nur eine verantwortungsvolle Aufgabe, sondern leisten zugleich einen konkreten Beitrag zur Energiewende.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Sie betreuen eigenverantwortlich ein Portfolio von Energielieferverträgen.

• Sie stehen in direktem Kontakt mit den Großkunden und gewährleisten eine professionelle sowie verlässliche Betreuung.
• Sie erkennen die Bedürfnisse der Kunden und gehen gezielt auf deren Anliegen ein.
• Sie tragen aktiv zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Servicequalität bei.
• Sie analysieren und bearbeiten kaufmännische sowie technische Unterlagen im Zusammenhang mit der Energieversorgung.
• Sie arbeiten eng mit den zuständigen internen Fachbereichen zusammen.

Ihr Profil

• Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Ingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet. Alternativ bringen Sie einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position mit.

• Sie verfügen über Kenntnisse des Energiemarktes.

• Sie überzeugen durch ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und eine hohe Kundenorientierung.
• Sie arbeiten gerne im Team und erledigen Ihre Aufgaben verantwortungsbewusst, strukturiert und selbstständig.
• Diskretion, Zuverlässigkeit und Pünktlichkeit sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
• Sie verfügen über sehr gute Kenntnisse der gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen.
