Junior Business Development Associate

Mnzil is a fast-growing proptech company in Riyadh providing integrated workforce services (housing, transportation, catering and building operations) across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

Our Business Development team is at the heart of Mnzil's growth. We're looking for a motivated Junior Business Development Associate to take the first step in building long-term client relationships. You will support lead generation, client outreach and pipeline coordination, learning the ropes and growing into a key contributor.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

• 0–1 year of experience in business development, sales or a related role (fresh graduates welcome)

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Fluent in Arabic, professional English

• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

Roles And Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new leads through research and outreach

• Schedule and coordinate client meetings

• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date

• Help prepare proposals, pitch decks and follow-up materials

• Track pipeline status and support reporting to the BD team
