Position Title: Recruitment Account Manager (360° Recruitment)

Work Set-up: Work from Home / Hybrid / Fully Remote

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM NSW Time

Salary: 70 to 80K

We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven, and relationship-focused Recruitment Account Manager to support a growing organisation within the healthcare and aged care sector.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing and growing client accounts within a recruitment agency, preferably in a full 360-degree recruitment role covering candidate management, client relationships, and business development.

This role requires someone who understands the recruitment industry, takes ownership of client accounts, and is confident driving business growth while delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.

As a Recruitment Account Manager:

You are a proactive and results-oriented recruitment professional with strong experience in agency recruitment, client account management, and business development. You understand the commercial demands of recruitment, build lasting client relationships, and confidently manage the entire recruitment lifecycle. You are self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently while consistently achieving recruitment and revenue targets.

Your Responsibilities as a Recruitment Account Manager would be:

Client Account Management & Growth

• Manage, retain, and grow an existing portfolio of recruitment agency clients.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and identify opportunities for account expansion.
• Conduct regular client meetings, manage expectations, and ensure excellent service delivery.
• Drive repeat business and long-term client partnerships.

360-Degree Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from client requirements and candidate sourcing through to placement and onboarding.
• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates across casual, locum, and permanent roles.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines aligned with client staffing needs.
• Ensure recruitment activities meet relevant compliance and quality standards.

Business Development

• Identify and secure new recruitment clients through proactive business development.
• Generate leads, conduct client presentations, and negotiate recruitment agreements.
• Develop strategies to increase client engagement, placements, and revenue.
• Achieve agreed business development, recruitment, and account growth targets.

Account Performance & Team Collaboration

• Monitor client account performance, recruitment activity, and revenue opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records within recruitment CRM and ATS systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective staffing solutions.
• Contribute to process improvements and overall business growth.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience managing and growing client accounts within a recruitment agency is essential.
• Strong background in 360-degree recruitment, covering both candidate recruitment and client-facing business development.
• Demonstrated success in client retention, new business acquisition, and revenue generation.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of recruitment agency operations and commercial targets.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results in a remote environment.
• Australian recruitment market experience is highly desirable.
• Healthcare or aged care recruitment experience is an advantage.
