Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Family Medicine Physician in Al Ain. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive medical assessment, treatment, and ongoing clinical management for patients.

Requirements

• Valid DOH license is mandatory.
  

• Relevant qualification/specialization in Family Medicine.
  

• Relevant clinical experience in Family Medicine.
  

• Strong patient assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical assessments for patients.
  

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions within the scope of Family Medicine.
  

• Develop individualized treatment and care plans based on each patient's medical and rehabilitation needs.
  

• Provide appropriate follow-up care.
  

• Monitor patients' clinical condition, treatment response, and overall progress.
  

• Manage medications and provide appropriate prescriptions within the physician's scope of practice.
  

• Identify changes in patients' conditions and arrange referrals or escalation of care when required.
  

• Coordinate with physiotherapists, rehabilitation specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  

• Educate patients and family members regarding treatment plans, medications, preventive care, and ongoing health management.
  

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and clinical documentation.
  

• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with applicable DOH requirements and organizational.
