Job Summary:

GIG4U is looking for an experienced Operations Team Lead / City Head with a strong background in delivery partner recruitment, bulk hiring, fleet management, and team handling. The ideal candidate should have experience managing a team of at least 10 members, driving workforce mobilisation, and ensuring smooth city-level operations.
Candidates currently working as Fleet Managers, Fleet Leads, Assistant Managers, or Operations Team Leads in the gig workforce, logistics, delivery, or staffing industry are preferred.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
  
• 3–7 years of experience in operations, fleet management, bulk hiring, or delivery partner recruitment.
  
• Prior experience as a Team Lead, Assistant Manager, Fleet Lead, or Fleet Manager.
  
• Proven experience managing a team of 10 or more employees.
  
• Strong understanding of HR mobilisation, field recruitment, and workforce management.
  
• Excellent team leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple operational activities and achieve time-bound targets.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  
  
• Manage end-to-end delivery partner recruitment, bulk hiring, and workforce mobilisation.
  
•  Lead and manage a team of at least 10 members, including telecallers, field recruiters, and operations monitoring executives.
  
•  Drive team building, productivity, performance tracking, and target achievement.
  
• Oversee daily city-level operations, fleet management, and delivery partner onboarding.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to fulfil manpower requirements within defined timelines.
  
• Monitor recruitment funnels, joining ratios, attendance, attrition, and workforce deployment.
  
• Develop sourcing strategies to ensure continuous availability of delivery partners.
  
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency and service delivery.
  
• Prepare regular MIS reports and track team performance against business targets.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates from gig workforce platforms, logistics, last-mile delivery, fleet management, and manpower staffing companies will be preferred.
Target Designations for Sourcing: Fleet Manager, Fleet Lead, Operations Team Lead, Assistant Manager – Operations, City Operations Manager, Workforce Manager, and Recruitment Team Lead
Experience: 3–7 Years
