Job Summary

REAP HR & Recruitment Consultancy is seeking an experienced, results-driven  Sales Executive Supervisor  with any of one industry (Coffee, Beverages, FMCG & HORECA ) for one of our premium client based in  Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant sales experience in coffee, beverages, FMCG, hospitality, or HORECA, with strong UAE market knowledge, an established client network, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities across hotels, restaurants, cafés, offices, and corporate clients.
  
• Promote and sell coffee products, coffee equipment, and related services.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  
• Manage key accounts and ensure excellent customer service.
  
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and client presentations.
  
• Conduct regular customer visits and identify new sales opportunities.
  
• Monitor competitor activities and UAE market trends.
  
• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records.
  
• Coordinate sales activities and support team performance where required.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in coffee, beverages, FMCG, hospitality, or HORECA.
  
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market and established business contacts.
  
• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, and account management.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and close deals.
  
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
  
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
  
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
