Implementation Consultant

About the Role

Join Cercli’s Customer Success team to help companies implement payroll and HRIS workflows built for the UAE and Saudi Arabia. You’ll work directly with customers to understand how they run payroll and HR operations today, then translate those realities into a practical implementation plan inside Cercli.

What You'll Do

• You run discovery with customers to understand how payroll, HR, approvals, and employee data are handled today, including cases where key processes still live in spreadsheets, email threads, or WhatsApp.
• You turn that discovery into a clear implementation plan for Cercli, including configuration decisions, data requirements, integrations, risks, and rollout milestones.
• You lead customers through implementation of Cercli’s payroll and HRIS platform for the UAE and Saudi Arabia, making sure the setup reflects how their business actually operates.
• You configure platform workflows, policies, and reporting based on customer requirements, and help customers make sound tradeoffs when their current process should not be replicated exactly.
• You work through integration and data migration requirements, including APIs, historical employee records, payroll inputs, and dependencies on external systems.
• You act as the main implementation contact for customers, keeping stakeholders aligned when deadlines slip, data is incomplete, or payroll readiness is at risk.
• You train customer teams on how to use the platform in their day-to-day work, with practical guidance tied to their payroll and HR processes rather than generic feature walkthroughs.
• You support customers through go-live and early adoption, helping them navigate operational moments that matter, including payroll cycles and compliance-related workflows such as WPS and GOSI/Mudad filings.
• You work closely with account executives, support, and product to unblock implementations, surface product gaps, and improve how Cercli delivers repeatable customer outcomes.
• You help build the implementation playbook as the company grows, documenting patterns, edge cases, and lessons learned across customers.

Who You Are

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Implementation Consultant, or similar role, preferably within the SaaS or HR Tech industry.
• Strong understanding of HRIS systems, payroll, benefits administration, and other core HR functions.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Experience with system integrations, APIs, and data migration strategies.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, OIS, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with configuration and customization of enterprise software solutions.
• Prior HR experience in the GCC region is a good-to-have qualification.

This role includes real ambiguity. Some customers are moving off manual processes in Excel and WhatsApp, and some implementation patterns are still being built. You won’t inherit a finished playbook; you’ll help create it.
