Sales Associate - Training

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote the company’s training programs and services.
Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels and convert prospects into enrolled students.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their training needs and addressing their queries.
Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, fees, and benefits, tailoring the sales approach to individual client requirements.
Manage clients throughout the sales process and ensure a positive customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Identify potential business opportunities based on client feedback and market requirements.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar sales role.
Candidates must be currently residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Transferable Iqama is mandatory.
Candidates with experience in the training/education industry are highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Strong customer service and lead-conversion skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems.
