Nursing Supervisor Opportunity:

• Schedule: Nights, 3x12
  
• Full-time, permanent position
  
• The Nursing Supervisor will develop and implement personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures
  
• Lead daily unit operations by creating shift assignments, supporting staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care across ER, ICU, Behavioral Health, Med Surg, Labor & Delivery, and Transitional Care
  

Nursing Supervisor Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure, BLS certification (ACLS within one year), Bachelor’s in Nursing or related field preferred.
  
• Minimum two years of recent inpatient hospital experience, including prior leadership responsibilities such as charge nurse or team lead with accountability for patient and staff outcomes
