Sales and Marketing Officer

We are seeking a proactive, creative, and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Officer to drive sales growth through digital marketing, customer engagement, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting products on social media platforms, handling customer inquiries, generating sales leads, maintaining customer records, and supporting business development initiatives. Fresh graduates with excellent communication and computer skills are encouraged to apply.

Locations & Shift Timings

• Samakhushi Location: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• New Plaza Location: 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Generate sales leads through social media, referrals, and customer interactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Follow up with inquiries and convert leads into sales.
• Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Promote products and services through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
• Create engaging marketing content, promotional campaigns, and product updates.
• Respond promptly to customer messages, comments, and inquiries on social media.
• Monitor social media performance and suggest strategies to improve engagement and reach.

Customer Service

• Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, social media, and messaging platforms.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate product information and after-sales support.
• Maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Market Research & Data Management

• Conduct basic market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
• Maintain accurate customer databases and sales records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and customer service reports.

Administrative Support

• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
• Assist management in implementing sales and marketing strategies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer service principles.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and other social media platforms.
