Soft Services Manager (Facility Management)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Soft Services Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality soft services within our facility management operations in Dubai. The successful candidate will lead a team to ensure exceptional service standards, enhance client satisfaction, and maintain efficient facility support. - BICS Certified - Proven experience in managing soft services within the facility management sector, preferably in the UAE or GCC region. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and multiple contractors. - Excellent knowledge of soft services operations, health and safety regulations, and quality standards. - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and team members. - Ability to analyze service performance data and implement continuous improvement measures. - Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Bachelor’s degree in facility management, business administration, or a related field is preferred. - Flexible and customer-focused with a commitment to delivering excellence.
