Male Registered Nurse

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Male Staff Nurses in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidates will provide safe, evidence-based nursing care to patients undergoing rehabilitation and recovery, while working collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and other multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established clinical standards and protocols.
  
• Assess patients' physical, psychological, and rehabilitation needs and develop appropriate nursing care plans.
  
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
  
• Monitor and document patients' vital signs, clinical condition, progress, and response to treatment.
  
• Support patients throughout their rehabilitation journey and promote independence and functional recovery.
  
• Assist with the management of patients with complex medical, neurological, behavioral, or rehabilitation needs.
  
• Recognize and promptly escalate changes in patients' clinical condition.
  
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and patient records.
  
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medication, rehabilitation programs, and health promotion.
  
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, social workers, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
  
• Maintain infection prevention and control standards and ensure patient safety at all times.
  
• Participate in patient and family counseling and discharge planning as appropriate.
  
• Participate in continuing professional development and maintain clinical competency.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing qualification.
  
• Valid DOH Abu Dhabi Nursing License or eligibility.
  
• Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical nursing experience;
  
• Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
  
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
  
• Male candidates preferred/required based on the role's patient-care requirements.
