Position Overview
We are working with a growing healthcare organization seeking a Physical Therapist to join its outpatient orthopedic team in the Washington, DC metro area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a PT who enjoys treating musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions and wants to practice in an environment focused on clinical excellence, patient outcomes, professional development, and teamwork.

Requirements
What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions
- Develop and modify individualized plans of care based on patient goals and clinical findings
- Utilize evidence-based treatment techniques to improve mobility, function, and strength
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, recovery expectations, and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with clinical leadership and other clinicians to maximize patient outcomes
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Build strong relationships with patients throughout their course of treatment
- Participate in clinical mentorship, team meetings, and professional development
Qualifications
- Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current PT license or ability to obtain appropriate state licensure
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Patient-focused approach to care
- Commitment to clinical excellence and continued professional development
Clinical Expectations
Clinicians are expected to:
- Average approximately 10 patient visits per clinical day
- Maintain high levels of patient satisfaction
- Complete clinical documentation within 24 hours
- Maintain strong clinical quality and compliance standards
- Help patients successfully complete their prescribed plans of care
