Data Entry Marketing Specialist - Immediate Joiners Only

1. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update directory marketing data into designated databases and systems.
• Manage and maintain the quality of marketing databases to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Support the marketing team by preparing and organizing data reports for campaign analysis.
• Verify and validate data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
• Collaborate with marketing personnel to gather necessary data and clarify information requirements.
• Organize and store marketing data securely, complying with data protection regulations.
• Monitor data entry processes and identify opportunities for improving efficiency.
• Assist in generating insights from marketing data by providing well-organized datasets.
• Maintain clear and timely communication regarding data status and any discrepancies encountered.
• Perform routine data audits to ensure records are up to date and error-free.

2. Work Schedule

• Working Days: Monday to Friday.
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Pakistan Time), with a 1-hour break for lunch and prayer.

3. Experience

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in data entry, database management, or marketing support.
