What You'll Do:

🔧 Troubleshoot incidents via phone, email, or in-person

📋 Log and track service requests using ticketing systems

🤝 Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex problems

🕒 Escalate unresolved issues as needed

👥 Deliver exceptional customer service to end-users

What We're Looking For:

✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role

✅ Strong understanding of Windows/Mac OS and common business applications

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

✅ Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

✅ Willingness to work onsite in Singapore
