Manage day-to-day office administrative and accounting activities.
Maintain records of inward and outward movement of goods.
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and basic accounting entries.
Handle purchase and sales documentation and maintain proper records.
Maintain stock and inventory-related documentation.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams for routine requirements.
Manage petty cash and day-to-day expense records.Assist with bank reconciliation and basic accounting reports.
Ensure timely filing and maintenance of financial and administrative documents.
Support management with routine administrative tasks and reporting

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and documentation.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/Tally.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Administration.
Experience handling inward/outward goods, inventory records, billing, and basic accounting.
Good organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
