Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Jira Service Management (JSM) Developer with 8-10 years of experience in Service Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring Jira Service Management solutions to support business and IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and configure Jira Service Management (JSM) solutions based on business and IT requirements.

Develop and maintain custom workflows, screens, fields, request types, forms, and approval processes.

Create advanced automation rules to streamline incident, problem, change, and request management processes.

Customize service portals, service catalogs, queues, and SLAs.

Support ongoing enhancements and configuration of Jira Service Management environments.

Required Skills

Strong experience in designing, developing, and configuring Jira Service Management solutions.

Expertise in custom workflows, screens, fields, request types, forms, and approval processes.

Experience creating advanced automation rules for incident, problem, change, and request management.

Hands-on experience customizing portals, service catalogs, queues, and SLAs.
